Genteon, Inc. today announced that it is among the
five nominees for the Exporter of the Year Award by the San Diego
World Trade Center. The San Diego World Trade Center (SDWTC) will be
holding its 26th Annual Awards Gala Celebrating Excellence in Trade,
honoring San Diego leaders in international trade and commerce. The
event will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2003 from 6:00PM –
9:00PM at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla, San Diego, California.
Genteon is collaborating with the San Diego World
Trade Center and US Dept. of Commerce under MDCP "Exports to
Asia" program, an innovative initiative to increase San Diego
technology exports to Asia. The SDWTC is an international business
service organization licensed by the World Trade Center Association
in New York and is a private-public partnership. Among a number of
organizations deserving of recognition for their roles in
encouraging, promoting, and facilitating international trade, the
event will recognize organizations and/or individuals who have made
a substantial impact on trade by best fulfilling the goals and
expectations of each category and will feature a hosted cocktail
reception and awards ceremony.
